14 Day Change Of Mind Guarantee
Outdoor Buys is committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you have changed your mind on the purchase of your product within 14 days you can contact our sales team and organise to return the product to exchange it for a similar product, or return it for credit toward your next purchase. These returns must be in brand new condition and unopened and within 14 days of the purchase date. ‘Change of mind’ returns after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.
Faulty Items and Warranty Information
Outdoor Buys offers warranties on all products from the date of purchase. The length of the warranty is determined as specified in the individual listing. Warranties can range from anywhere between 30 days all the way up to 12 months. Outdoor Buys warrants its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Outdoor Buys within the specified warranty period, Outdoor Buys will provide replacement parts, repair the product, arrange a full replacement or provide a full refund at the customer's discretion.
Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance). All parts considered to be perishable (such as batteries), accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
If a faulty item needs to be returned simply contact our team at email@example.com. We will then organise a pickup from your location at no cost, inspect the item and then come to a resolution with input from the customer.
If the product has an obvious fault then the customer will have the choice between the item being repaired and returned, a new replacement being sent out or a refund.
As stated earlier, if no obvious fault has been found or the damage was found to be caused by an accident, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes, the warranty is considered void and the customer will need to pay for the item to be shipped back or pay in full for a replacement item.
